Looking for a specialist web and e-commerce agency?
Sites that convert and still look like your brand. Ioka builds marketing sites, e-commerce and SaaS platforms for brands working globally.
What we do, in one paragraph.
We take you from brief to live site. Strategy, UX, design, development, CMS setup, performance, accessibility, SEO, analytics the whole stack as one team.
The funnel, in plain words.
TOFU, MOFU, BOFU not jargon. Just where in the journey a buyer is, and what Web & Commerce does at each stage.
Where this gets executed.
Not every channel for every client. We pick based on your market, buyer and goal.
The real reasons businesses contact us about Web & Commerce.
If more than two of these feel familiar, it's probably time to talk.
- Your site looks premium but doesn't convert.
- Your Core Web Vitals are red, your SEO is suffering.
- Every content edit requires a developer because the CMS is broken.
- A page builder like Elementor or Divi has made the site slow and unmaintainable.
- Your checkout, booking or signup flow leaks users at every step.
- The site your team ships today looks nothing like the brand guidelines.
Honest about fit.
Not everyone should buy this. Here's who it works for and when we'd tell you to spend the money differently.
Right fit when
- You know the single number this site needs to move.
- You have the imagery, copy direction and brand assets ready (or trust us to produce them).
- You're willing to use a lean CMS instead of a page builder.
- You understand that performance = SEO = revenue.
- You want a site that compounds, not one that goes stale in 18 months.
Wrong fit when
- You want to build the whole thing yourself with Wix.
- You expect a 6-figure site in a 2-week timeline.
- You need Elementor or Divi for internal reasons.
- You have no clear buyer journey.
- You expect the site to fix a positioning problem.
How we measure and scale.
The metrics we track, and what we do once we have a winner.
- Core Web Vitals (LCP < 2.0s, CLS < 0.05, INP < 150ms).
- Conversion rate per page type (home, services, product, blog).
- Form completion rate.
- Time to key action (click to book, click to buy).
- Organic traffic retained post-migration.
- 01A/B test the top-3 highest-traffic pages monthly.
- 02Add new page templates as new buyer segments emerge.
- 03Expand content clusters that are driving organic leads.
- 04Replace underperforming CTAs and forms.
How we actually run this.
The first 30 days.
Three things happen when we start: we identify the tests, gather the data, and set expectations against a realistic timeline.
- Core Web Vitals baseline (desktop + mobile).
- Form and funnel conversion rate on existing site.
- Heatmap and session recording review (Hotjar, Clarity).
- Content audit which pages drive leads, which don't.
- Mobile audit real device testing, not just emulators.
- Analytics access (GA4) with at least 6 months of history.
- Google Search Console access.
- Existing content inventory + brand assets.
- CRM or form submission data (where leads come from).
- Full access to current CMS (export + admin).
The common mistakes.
The patterns we see repeated across underperforming programs. Fix any of these and performance usually moves immediately.
Using a page builder to save money.
Elementor and Divi add 1–3 MB of unused CSS/JS per page. Performance, SEO and maintainability all suffer.
Picking a marketplace theme to save time.
Bloat and lock-in. The theme shapes the site more than the brand.
No design system.
Every page diverges. Updates take 10× longer. Brand consistency drifts.
Ignoring performance.
Core Web Vitals are a Google ranking factor. Slow sites convert worse. Period.
Recent Web & Commerce results.
Real numbers from real campaigns. Where a client prefers privacy, we describe them without naming them.
How pricing works.
One flat fee per quarter, agreed before we start. We do not take a percentage of your ad spend.
One flat quarterly fee
You get one price for the quarter. No hourly billing and no surprise invoices.
Priced by scope
The fee depends on what is in scope for Web & Commerce: the work to be done, the markets covered and how much has to be built from scratch.
A quote after one call
We scope it together on a 30-minute call, then send a fixed price. If we are not the right fit, we tell you.
Ad spend and other third-party costs are separate and agreed with you in advance.
Common questions.
The real questions prospects ask us before signing an engagement.
Why don't you use page builders?+
They destroy performance. The average Elementor or Divi page ships 2–3 MB of unused CSS/JS. Fast, clean, hand-coded templates beat them on every metric.
Can you work with my existing WordPress site?+
Yes. We audit it, usually recommend a lean theme replacement, migrate content and redirects cleanly, and improve performance. Not every project needs a full rebuild.
How long does a build take?+
A focused marketing site: 6–10 weeks. Full commerce or SaaS: 10–16 weeks. We give you a scoped timeline before you commit.
Do you handle ongoing maintenance?+
Yes. Small monthly retainer that covers security, uptime, backups, performance monitoring and small CRO improvements.
What about Shopify vs headless?+
Default to native Shopify for most e-commerce. Go headless (Shopify + Next.js) when the brand demands editorial-grade design, or when you need true app-grade performance.
Can you set up multilingual (English + Arabic)?+
Yes. Full RTL support, Arabic typography, and multi-market content governance built in.
What CMS will I actually use?+
WordPress + ACF Pro for marketing sites form-based editing. Shopify for commerce standard admin. Framer for brand sites visual editor. We train your team on whichever we deploy.
Ready to grow?
We take on a limited number of partnerships each quarter. Thirty minutes, no pitch a frank conversation about where your growth is leaking and what it would take to seal it.
