What usually brings people to us

The real reasons businesses contact us about Paid Media.

If more than two of these feel familiar, it's probably time to talk.

  • Spend is up but revenue is flat.
  • The platform dashboards say the campaign works, but your CRM says it doesn't.
  • CAC is rising every quarter and nobody can tell you why.
  • Creative stops performing after two weeks and you have nothing new to swap in.
  • You can't scale what's working because the account structure wasn't built to.
  • Your current agency reports on CTR and CPM, but can't tie it back to revenue.
Who it's for & when it works

Honest about fit.

Not everyone should buy this. Here's who it works for and when we'd tell you to spend the money differently.

Right fit when

  • You have a validated offer and a measurable conversion.
  • You have 6+ months of historical data to learn from.
  • You spend at least a serious monthly budget on paid media.
  • You have a sales team that can close the leads.
  • You're ready to invest in creative, not just media.

Wrong fit when

  • You haven't proven anyone will buy your product.
  • Your sales team can't follow up on inbound leads quickly.
  • Your budget is under $10K/month.
  • You expect ads to fix a positioning or product problem.
  • You want a one-month 'test' and nothing more.
What good looks like

How we measure and scale.

The metrics we track, and what we do once we have a winner.

We measure
  • Blended CAC (not per-platform CAC).
  • Qualified pipeline tied to CRM, not platform dashboards.
  • LTV:CAC the only ratio that decides whether paid actually works.
  • Payback period how fast you earn back the acquisition cost.
  • Revenue by cohort monthly cohorts tracked for 6+ months.
Then we scale
  1. 01Winners: scale budget 20–40% per month until CAC pressure returns.
  2. 02Losers: cut within 10–14 days. No long tails.
  3. 03Creative: 3–5 new creatives into production every month.
  4. 04New platforms: once blended CAC is stable, open a new platform every 60–90 days.
Workflow

How we actually run this.

1
Audit
A forensic look at every account, pixel, event and conversion. Most agencies find 20–40% of spend being wasted here.
2
Architect
Rebuild account structure around profitable intents and audiences. One portfolio, not channel silos.
3
Produce
Static, motion, UGC and iterations. Creative is where paid programs win or lose.
4
Launch
New creative, bidding and attribution together never one in isolation.
5
Optimise
Weekly pacing, creative refresh, bid work. Not quarterly 'optimisation' theatre.
6
Scale
Double down on winners, cut losers fast, open new audiences and platforms.
Getting started

The first 30 days.

Three things happen when we start: we identify the tests, gather the data, and set expectations against a realistic timeline.

What we test
  • Audience segmentation which cohort converts cheapest.
  • Platform mix where your dollar earns the most pipeline.
  • Creative format static vs motion vs UGC.
  • Landing page conversion rate on the page the ad sends to.
  • Bidding strategy manual vs smart bidding, by campaign type.
What we need from you
  • Last 12 months of ad spend data (all platforms).
  • Conversion event taxonomy (what counts as a 'lead' or 'sale').
  • CRM access or export (closed-won deals, by source, by cohort).
  • Revenue data: LTV, average deal size, payback period.
  • Analytics access (GA4 or equivalent, with proper events firing).
What to expect
Weeks 1–4
Audit complete. New account structure built. First creative in production. First dashboards wired.
Weeks 5–8
New campaigns launched. First optimisations shipped. Weekly review cadence in place.
Months 3–6
Typical 20–40% CAC improvement vs baseline. Reliable monthly reporting.
Months 6–12
Scale phase. Budget expansion into proven winners. New platforms and audiences opened.

What goes wrong

The common mistakes.

The patterns we see repeated across underperforming programs. Fix any of these and performance usually moves immediately.

01

Running one platform in isolation.

No portfolio view, no diversification, no scale lever.

02

Optimising for ROAS without understanding attribution.

Platform-reported ROAS inflates. Real ROAS from your CRM tells a different story.

03

Letting creative fatigue happen.

The same ads for 6 months. Performance drops silently.

04

Landing pages that don't match the ad.

Click-through from ad to a generic homepage kills conversion rate.

Pricing

How pricing works.

One flat fee per quarter, agreed before we start. We do not take a percentage of your ad spend.

01

One flat quarterly fee

You get one price for the quarter. No hourly billing and no surprise invoices.

02

Priced by scope

The fee depends on what is in scope for Paid Media: the work to be done, the markets covered and how much has to be built from scratch.

03

A quote after one call

We scope it together on a 30-minute call, then send a fixed price. If we are not the right fit, we tell you.

Ad spend and other third-party costs are separate and agreed with you in advance.

Questions, answered

Common questions.

The real questions prospects ask us before signing an engagement.

What's the real minimum budget to work with you?+

There is a floor below which a managed media program isn't fair to the client because the fee eats too much of the spend. We'll be direct about whether a managed engagement makes sense for your current budget on a 30-minute call.

How is your reporting different?+

We report against your CRM revenue, not platform-reported conversions. Platform numbers inflate; we reconcile every month. If the gap is big, we flag it, not hide it.

Do you produce the creative in-house?+

Yes. Static, motion and UGC are all produced by our team. Creative is where paid programs win or lose and outsourcing it is where feedback loops break.

How often will you refresh creative?+

3–5 new creatives into production every month, minimum. For high-spend accounts, often weekly. Creative fatigue is the single biggest killer of paid performance.

Which platforms do you not run?+

Pinterest, Reddit, Quora and smaller programmatic DSPs we evaluate on a per-engagement basis. Our default six are Google, Meta, LinkedIn, TikTok, Snapchat and a core DSP.

How soon will I see results?+

Different levers move at different speeds. Technical and creative fixes show first; meaningful CAC improvement typically needs a full quarter. We'll walk through a realistic timeline on a 30-minute call.

What if I already have an in-house media team?+

We often work alongside them strategy, creative, measurement and specialist platform execution. We don't take over just because we're hired.

Ready to grow?

We take on a limited number of partnerships each quarter. Thirty minutes, no pitch a frank conversation about where your growth is leaking and what it would take to seal it.
