Looking for a specialist video production agency?
Films that read premium at thumb-scroll speed. Ioka produces campaign films, social creative and motion design — globally.
What we do, in one paragraph.
We handle every step treatment, pre-production, shoot, edit, color, sound, motion graphics, delivery. Senior directors and editors doing the work.
The funnel, in plain words.
TOFU, MOFU, BOFU not jargon. Just where in the journey a buyer is, and what Film & Motion does at each stage.
Where this gets executed.
Not every channel for every client. We pick based on your market, buyer and goal.
The real reasons businesses contact us about Film & Motion.
If more than two of these feel familiar, it's probably time to talk.
- Your creative looks dated three days after it launches.
- Your paid ads burn out because you have one or two assets, not many.
- The campaign film costs more than it earns because it was built for TV, not social.
- Your in-house team is overwhelmed by format variants.
- You know you need UGC but have no idea how to produce it at scale.
- Your product video explains features but doesn't sell outcomes.
Honest about fit.
Not everyone should buy this. Here's who it works for and when we'd tell you to spend the money differently.
Right fit when
- You have a brand that benefits from premium production.
- You can commit to a monthly or quarterly production cadence.
- You understand that social-first and TV-first are different crafts.
- You're willing to invest in editorial choices, not just technical execution.
- You need multiple format variants, not one hero spot.
Wrong fit when
- You want a TV spot reformatted for social.
- You expect premium quality on a smartphone budget.
- You have no clear creative direction and want us to guess.
- You need the film shipped by Friday.
- You can't review and approve within 48 hours per round.
How we measure and scale.
The metrics we track, and what we do once we have a winner.
- Thumb-stop rate (3-second view).
- View-through rate by cut.
- Click-through from paid-media video to landing.
- Earned reach for organic hero films.
- Qualified leads attributed to video.
- 01Double down on winning concepts more variants, more surfaces.
- 02Produce new asset packs monthly for paid-media rotation.
- 03Build an in-house library of b-roll and UGC-style assets.
- 04Open creator / influencer partnerships to extend the content library.
How we actually run this.
The first 30 days.
Three things happen when we start: we identify the tests, gather the data, and set expectations against a realistic timeline.
- Hook test which 3-second opener holds attention.
- Format test talking head vs product-led vs documentary.
- Length test 15s vs 30s vs 60s performance.
- Caption test captions-on vs captions-off engagement.
- Platform-native edit vs reformatted edit performance.
- Brand guidelines, logos, type, color.
- Any existing brand films, product footage, b-roll library.
- Target audience profile and platforms.
- Campaign objective (awareness, consideration, conversion).
- Approval workflow and timeline.
The common mistakes.
The patterns we see repeated across underperforming programs. Fix any of these and performance usually moves immediately.
Reformatting a TV spot for social.
Different grammar. Different pacing. Different hooks. It never works.
Burning the budget on one hero asset.
Modern campaigns need 10+ variants per concept. One beautiful film ≠ a campaign.
Not shooting for the edit.
Days are expensive. Shoot a shot list the edit needs, not everything that looks nice.
Ignoring sound design.
Vertical social video with weak audio bombs. Sound is half the craft.
Recent Film & Motion results.
Real numbers from real campaigns. Where a client prefers privacy, we describe them without naming them.
How pricing works.
One flat fee per quarter, agreed before we start. We do not take a percentage of your ad spend.
One flat quarterly fee
You get one price for the quarter. No hourly billing and no surprise invoices.
Priced by scope
The fee depends on what is in scope for Film & Motion: the work to be done, the markets covered and how much has to be built from scratch.
A quote after one call
We scope it together on a 30-minute call, then send a fixed price. If we are not the right fit, we tell you.
Ad spend and other third-party costs are separate and agreed with you in advance.
Common questions.
The real questions prospects ask us before signing an engagement.
What size projects do you take?+
From a single-location founder film to a multi-city campaign. We'll tell you honestly if a scope is too big for us; most agencies won't.
Do you handle paid-media creative?+
Yes social-first creative is a core offering. Shot and edited for platform, not reformatted from a TV spot.
What about motion graphics only?+
Yes. Explainers, product animations, title sequences, logo work.
Who owns the final work?+
You do, in full. We license music, buy out talent and hand over the master files.
Can you shoot in multiple GCC markets?+
Yes. We have crew networks across UAE, KSA, Qatar and Bahrain. We can also plan for compliant shoots where regulations differ by market.
How much does a campaign cost?+
Full-stack campaigns (concept + shoot + 10+ format variants) typically start at $60K for scoped programs. Simpler shoots start lower.
Can you work with our existing agency's concept?+
Yes, but we'll be honest if the concept has issues before we execute it. Shooting a bad brief doesn't help you.
Ready to grow?
We take on a limited number of partnerships each quarter. Thirty minutes, no pitch a frank conversation about where your growth is leaking and what it would take to seal it.
